Alpinestare boots
(1/1)
The Doctor 46:
Hi all. I have bought a pair of Alpinstare boots to replace my old Altberg's, (bought used off this site) a fine pair of boots. I ware size 9 or 43 but my left foot is slightly bigger than my right so shoes, boots always take some painful running in.
These Alpinestare boots were comfortable out of the box and I did a fair bit of walking in them yesterday, size 9 or 44 according to their chart?
What I don't like about them is they don't grip the same when putting a foot down on gravel but as the sole wares in they should be okay. I would recommend these boots after just one day of waring them. :thumb:

Me and my missus have Alpinestars boits and both like them a lot. Not sure what model they are (just standard touring boots). Got them fairly cheap, wife's were from J & S, got mine from the bike show.
Only slight irritation us mine have small splits across the fear change pad, they don't leak but it looks a bit cack, 5 years old so I suppose to be expected.
