Hi all , just fitted a scorpion end can on my 2018 1000 and the f1 code has appeared. Any one got any ideas.

This link will tell you how to put the bike into dealer mode & read the code. There is a list of the codes in there as well. If when you get the code you're still not sure what to do come back & tell us the code & someone should be able to advise.

Well at long last the management light came on last week, I've had a paper clip in my pocket since November. Any way it came up c46 (excva sensor) cleaned it all up covered it in wd40 and put the battery on charge overnight, no more light.

Remove the linkage cable and exhaust butterflies = no more valve, no more problem.
Yes I have removed every emission control device on my bike and it runs a feck load better for it!
(Not a V-Strom though)
