I emailed them 9 days ago with a query and I've not had any response. I even sent the same query the next day via Ebay (they have an Ebay shop), but still no reply to either. I also called during the day and there was no answer. Needless to say, I'm starting to look elsewhere.

Still no reply on either the email or the Ebay message I sent. I didn't think they deserved me calling after them to see if they are going to pick up if I try enough. Given up on them now, too bad, since I did like them to start with. Looking into getting a Scorpion can instead.

Bought a can from these for my sv650 that I soon realised was too uncomfortable, so bought my glee. E-mailed and said about fitting can to strom and replied within 4 hours saying they did not do a link pipe yet but if I went there they would sort for me. Luckily enough I bought the bike local to them and then spent the weekend at Donny, they found a local B&B for the sunday night for me and I rolled up first thing Monday morning. Could not have been more helpful, even getting me a mc d's breakfast, made a top job of fitting exhaust as well. Would I use again? without a doubt. Had no issues with communication at all.
