Evening!!
« on: October 26, 2008, 22:30:06 »
Hi   just found this site even though I have had my DL650 for just over 2 years.

Looking at doing more 2 up touring next year would the 1000 be a wise upgrade?

Welcome chOO,
IF you are touring 2 up with every thing including the kitchen sink the 1000 makes life that bit easier, but no doubt someone will be along to prove me wrong :o

I find my 650 perfectly OK for two-up work, and I'm a bit lardy as well!!
No bike at present.......
