Engine Weights
« on: May 09, 2019, 20:51:55 »
I've never posted in Traitor's Corner before! There's a first time for everything.

My Brother has a 1999 Sprint ST 955 with a knackered Sprag Clutch. It is cheaper to replace the Engine than to fix the old one and he has found one that he needs to get shipped to him.

Anyone know the approx weight for a 955cc Triumph Triple Engine? I guess any "near 1000cc" Engine weight would give us a good indication. I'm seeing various numbers from 60Kg to 90Kg.
