Once upon a time
there was a time
but it was only the once
and it's gone now.

But ..... my forum time is showing 12 hours behind ( or ahead) either way it's not right

Q/. How do I reset the time?

Mine is showing a confused time. It says (just now) 07:42 (which is morning, obviously) but then says pm after it. I don't think the clock allows for a blank space, I.e. showing 7:42 pm.
Should either show 24hr clock or a proper 12hr clock, not a bastardised computer version.

I didn't notice the pm oops. my only excuse is 47 years of the railway and 24 hour clock where 07:42:55 is morning time.

Yep, the leading zero has no place in the afternoon. Trailing zeros are creeping in, too. Saw someone on tv this week referring to a number " twenty five point one zero." Why stop there? Add as many zeros as you can handle!

Everything looks good to me. Can someone do a screen-shot and say what the real time was?  :ty:

Profile, Modify Profile, Look and Layout and auto detect for time works fine for me. There is also a time format choice there allowing am/pm or 24 hour in you do month/day/year.

Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 (K2-L2) DL1000s. Veek=2014+ (L4+) DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 (K4-L1) DL650s. Glee = 2012+ (L2+) DL650s

Selected 12hr. Still get a leading zero.

How about now? Assuming you haven't made any changes to your profile then the default should look like this;

It works in 24hr mode.  It's only between noon and 10pm in 12hr mode that it fills in the empty first space with a zero. No big deal, but wrong.

I've set the default to 24hr (I didn't write the software). If you leave your settings as default then all should be well.
