As an antidote to my other thread about my bike being driven into, I just wanted to post some praise for Cymarc - I know Mark is/was a member here so I hope he reads it.
I ordered a topbox adapter - bargain price - but it didn't turn up. Kathryn at cymarc gave me a tracking reference but nobody ever signed for it; anyway, to cut a long story short she arranged for another one to made and posted to my office address which arrived within a couple of days. Of course I've got no bike to fit it to now but c'est la vie.
I feel a bit of public praise for Kathryn's efforts is in order especially as it's not her main job! :ty:
