So the MRA Vario didn't work for me . Back to the drawing board . How about the Givi Airflow ? Anyone tried them both ?

I did and Givi Airflow is now the screen of my election for my last 3 VStroms. Always mounted on mid holes and extended not more then a half-way. I'm 6"2.5.

By the way, if you still have some little buffeting put 1cm spacers bellow lower bolts, between the screen and fairing. Maybe you'd need longer bolts. I didn't neeed that when I had L2 650.

Givi Airflow here too. Looks a bit odd but vastly better to be behind than the Suzuki Touring Screen I had before that.

Another Airflow vote ... Motorway speeds with my visor up if I wish.

The only 1st world problem is when riding in the rain, I have to lean out the side of the airflow "bubble of calm" to blow the water of my visor

Yes they are that good.

I replaced my Givi Airflow with a Puig screen. It looks much better but seems noisier. I may end up buying another Airflow, as it works really well if you can get over the looks

I've got the Givi D3105ST

I think it looks much better than the normal airflow and its the most efficient screen I've ever had on any bike!

Givi airflow, massive amount of adjustment available so you can't really go wrong. I take the top section off altogether in very warm weather.
pop it in the top box, easy to stick it on again when it gets cool again in the evening.

If a calm bubble of no bufferting and open visor riding is what your after then the givi or the Puig touring screen will work a treat.  Be warned though, the bubble causes 1 major issue in my opinion and that's fogging of the visor in wet weather due to the lack of any airflow through the front if your helmet.  Assuming we all use pinlock visors which are great, they still need air flow to help them work. Ride in the bubble in the rain and your  visor will gradually fog, so naturally you'll open the visor, then water gets in and your left with streaks on the pinlock and a fogged up visor, which is crap.

I have Givi Airflow and by no mean I'm in air bubble. I have a lot of wind to the helmet, just not that much as without any screen. My goal was to solve buffeting and that's what I accomplished. I'm 6"2.5

Another vote for the Airflow here, not the prettiest but works brilliantly and so much adjustment possible.
