Hi Bigpie
Finally got round to fitting the Fusebox, it’s only been sitting in the garage
since I had hair......just need to fit the Cree lights now that have been sitting for a wee bit longer. Hmmmm need brackets now.
Great piece of kit ,Ta.
Hope all on the Forum are coping with the lockdown and all that entails.
Hopefully biking is not too far away, stay safe.

Is it someone from here that received their fusebox with a big footprint on the parcel and a smashed case? I cannot find the message again. I'll be glad when I'm allowed to post office again instead of using parcel2go for collections.

I'm quite sure you are allowed to go to your local post office. I hope so because I have.

I didn't think so as it's not really going out for exercise or essential supplies, though the rules are so poorly defined I wouldn't be 100% sure.

Mmm,how do most “older” pensioners that have no bank accounts, pick up their pensions.

Duno but it's probably OK to go for cash but posting a parcel may be different. No idea what the rules are. I just stay at home unless doing click and collect at Tesco, or taking dog out to sniff lampposts.

Us”modern”pensioners like myself (is that an oxymoron?) just have it transferred straight into a current account.I only use my local post office for stamps and beer.(They sell packs of beer a lot less than the local supermarkets.)and they are still open, behind a big clear plastic shield.

Our local Post Office has two counters, one for Post Office stuff and one for stationery stuff plus sweets etc. Deb went to pay for her mums papers today and there were around 15 folk queuing for the Post Office bit and none for the stationery bit. It's not pension day so they must have been there for other Post Office reasons?

Ebay returns?
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.

Mr Bigpie is working from home: surely "posting parcels" is part of that!

In the post above you can click on the box under his profile to 'send personal message'.
Or click on his name (in the post above) and under his  profile picture you will see 'send PM'
Also go to introductions and say hello.  :thumb:

Just fitted Bigpies aux fusebox to my 2018 1000XT and wanted to share to help others. Very easy to install and installation standard comes down to your OCD levels, mine are fairly high. Harness that you plug it in to was under the rubber at the rear of the tank and wiring was white/black and orange to white/black and white/green. I put the aux fusebox under the existing fuses and relays. I also installed my Optimate socket at the same time.
The fitted Amazon LED spots are great quality and I removed the old Amazon spots as they sometimes had a mind of their own and one would start flashing.
