DL1000AL4 switched live feed.
« on: February 23, 2020, 20:59:37 »
Hi blokes, quick question, fitting some extra riding lights, where is an easy switched live I can tap in to?, under the seat somewhere would be easiest.

Any tips or suggestions for lights and wiring would be appreciated. 👍👍

Use the live of the rear brake switch connector just In front of your battery under the tank support .

Fit a bigpie fuse box under the fairing for anything fitted to the front of the bike.

Same question. Previous owner has fitted heated grips direct to battery. I have just added a Sat Nav holder too but there will be a flat battery at some time😱

I seem to remember fitting a bigpie to my last Vstrom. That”s the answer I guess.?

2020 bike so is the brake switch feed as above still the best way to trigger the relay?

Thanks

Where do we find this electrical marvel of a "bigpie fuse box"?
Seems like it's silly not to look further into this..
