New Exhaust can
« on: November 09, 2020, 12:29:44 »
Looking to replace my end can on my 1050,   having done this on previous bikes without really doing anything else, ie Dyno work, or power commanda, just attached it an away you go, Happy days !!!!!
but looking on ebay, when ever you seek out the right Can, it seems to bring up Exhaust  Servo Eliminator. 1050
My question ?? is this only needed on a full system replacement, or with a slip on can  as well,,,  cheers for any advise.

Only needed with a full system and even at that I don't think the 1050 has one! The 2014 on 1000 has.
An end can you can just put on. But in saying that I've had a Remus can on mine (2015 1000) for 5 years now and recently removed it to get some trade in prices and I swear it goes better with the standard can on, has more torque and a cleaner pick up.
