Being a newcomer to this parish it's the first time I've seen this thread, looks like you are doing a great job and looking forward to more.
A couple of years ago I had an itch for some 80's metal as I have a hole in my biking career that decade and for some reason ended up with a VF1000f, the big brother to yours. I only use it in the summer but it is great fun to ride, the way the V4 makes power is sublime. Hope you get to enjoy riding the 750 as much.
If you haven't already it may be worth joining the VF1000 forum, a few blokes on there have 750's and lots of things are similar.
