Just spent an hour reminiscing, listening to Ruby Murray, takes me back to the 1950’s when I went to live with my grandma in her pub for a couple of years.

Spooky, I have just been listening to "The Gift" on my long distance (not) commute this week.

One of my faves.

I bought the "Average White Band" Album when it was first released and the older I get the more I like it. Scottish jazz funk.  I recorded the Album onto my PC, converted it to MP3 and play it in the car via a memory stick do-dab.

Technically not completely on-topic since I'm technically not listening to a specific song or album right now, but I found this absolute gold mine of a channel full of amazing albums. Psychedelic rock, classic rock, jazz fusions and all the good stuff. Bands I never would've found out about ever.
