I need help with this LED Headlight Certificate !!

Hi, does anyone have E9 related certificate for this LED headlight?
Especially I desperately need a certificate for R50 (position lamp), but I didn't get it from idida, AliExpress seller.
It's a difficult situation to change the headlight in my country because I have to submit all the relevant certificates to the authorised authority.
If anyone has a certificate, I really need your help. (probably cn20070598.pdf)
