Trying to change my textile jacket before winter, have narrowed it down to
1) RST Adventure 3
2) Richa Infinity 2
3) Oxford Mondial
Must be waterproof(daily wear all weather), breathable(ideally), removable thermal liner(and waterproof liner?)..ideally in Orange or Floro Yellow?
Does anyone have experience of the above jackets, or give me any other jacket ideas?

I have some RST stuff and like the brand, generally, though havent got that jacket. I seem to remember it weighed several tons!

I have the Mondial and like it a lot. It’s a lot less bulky than previous jackets and so far has been waterproof although it hasn’t seen much rain. The collar could be higher and it doesn’t come with a back protector, but otherwise very pleased.

I bought https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorcycle_parts/content_prod/224222 last summer and it has been brilliant. It's very warm (0 degrees for and hour with just a polo shirt underneath), totally waterproof through some biblical rain and well vented in the summer.

I've got the mondial jacket but am waiting for the trousers. Great value. Not bulky and very comfortable. Make sure you try them and know what size you need. I'm OK with the collar as my base layer and fleece mid layer have collars. Yes you need a back protector but even so all will cost around £480 which is fantastic. The laminate layers will shed most of the water so no damp bulky gear waiting to dry. I've worn the jacket in mixed weather and am impressed. Can't wait to try the trousers.

I've got an Alpinestars Andes V2 jacket and have been very pleased with it. It's a nice slim fit so never feels bulky.

Not sure what your budget is but I use Rukka. Hands down by far the best textile jacket I've ever owned, I also have matching trousers.
Will serve you well in all that you require and come with a 5year no quibble warranty, they even give you a loan Rukka jacket just in case you have any warranty issues.
Had my kit for around 5 years now , never leaked .

I looked at rukka as my brother has it and as you say the best on the market, saying all this I bought RST and had no issues, my reasoning was that I could by a new RST jacket every year for 5 years and still be cheaper than the rukka.

I've recently bought the RST Pro Series X-Raid jacket and trousers and I must say they are really good value. Totally waterproof on a recent Scotland trip and reasonably cool when the sun came out and very comfortable to wear.

I've always been a fan of the RST kit, it just does what it says on the tin. The bonus is it'll sell well on ebay when you fancy a change too :thumb:

I've always used IXS. Currently using the Nemesis as my daily commuter, it's got a removable liner for when it's cold and lots of vents for when it's warm. Not leaked yet even in heavy prolonged downpours.

I have Rev'It Poseidon which is a laminated gortex suit. You can read my experience of it in the link below. It hasn't leaked since that episode (It's 4 years old now although wasn't really used in the first 6 months of it's life), but setting that aside here's a quick summary:
Pros: Laminated Gortex is brilliant especially if you ride all year round. Your clothes don't soak up the water and dry very quickly. It doesn't matter what the weather is going to be like and you don't have to faff about adding layers if there's a downpour. I'd always recommend you buy Gortex, and would recommend laminated gortex.
Cons:
It was very expensive when I bought it (and I only did so due to the amount of times I ride in the rain)
There's a few panels that started peeling off very early in the life of the jacket.
I previously had external chest pockets on the jacket which this doesn't have. 4 years later I still miss them.
The internal chest pockets aren't that easy to access to get your phone out.
The venting system isn't that great (certainly not on the V-Strom). Whether it'd be better on a naked bike :shrug: The chest vents also look like you're trying to show your tits off :shock: and as they use magnets you can't use the jacket if you have a pacemaker.
I find the cuffs don't work as well with gloves as my old Hein Gericke jacket did. Make sure whatever you buy works well with the rest of your kit.
