One of the nicest roads I rode on my current trip to Wales. Love it :)
No editing as I am still on the road.

Nice ride and nice road. I would say that you sat behind that other biker a bit too long. He didn't look very confident so you're better off in front of him than behind. The van gave you an indication that it was safe to pas before you did too. You could have stayed behind but pulled out slowly to see if it was safe after checking up the inside then gunned it passed.

Very good ride though, you have obviously been doing it a long time.  :thumb:

The Doctor 46, I only overtake when I am 100% sure. Sat behind the biker until I have seen long enough open road. Regarding the van, I saw him indicating but I could not see over the little hill on the road so I have waited until I have seen the road is clear for sure. Road is B4391 if I remember correctly.

I'm just back from a week in Wales. Some of the roads have so little forward vision before the next bend, yet the speeds are quick enough that you can't overtake everywhere, even with the KLV's torque. Sometimes we just have to be patient. As Pichulec said, you have to be absolutely sure. Dead sure.

I never trust a vehicle driver in front telling me it's OK to pass, by indicating left, I choose when I make a pass, nobody else.

Totally agree with Rusty Nuts and Barbel Mick. And as Barbel Mick said, I choose when to overtake. I also don't trust other drivers, that's why I waited until I was sure.
