Hi from a newbie!
« on: June 21, 2013, 09:39:21 »
Hi people have just found the site and joined up I have recently swapped an Aprilia RSV for a V-strom after injuring my neck playing rugby and have to say that I was gutted to let the RSV go but boy what a surprise the V strom has been! I absolutey love it to bits! only been a couple of weeks and have had so much fun on it!   Come from a background of big twins from firestorms to SP1 which was menta! aprillia rsv and a couple of Pans thrown in to the mix the ST1100 and the ST1300. This bike has surprised me more than any other I have owned and I may trade up in the future but I won't be trading out I love it!!!

I live in Morden ride all year round mainly weekends but occasionally mid week if any body is nearby and fancies a little run out anytime let me know!

Chris

Similar story with me.  Just traded in my Firestorm after 8 years and almost cried when I handed the keys over.  I've just come back from a quick 30 min blast around and I've a funny feeling I'm going to like this bike!! (apart from the clutch chudder).  I also said I would probably trade up to a newer model in due course.
