Hi all :)
« on: June 15, 2013, 09:06:38 »
Hi all just bought an 06 650 strom with 4800 on clock not had chance to ride it anywhere properly yet one fork seal weeping looks like slightly pitted leg  :fix: shall see how long a new seal lasts or might have to replace leg ?
Annoying been away for the weekend stuck in huge traffic on M25 yesterday seeing bikes passing my van if seal wasn't leaking would have ridden it to hampshire lol

Least insurance real cheap & fuel consumption should be a bit better than my 1300 yam just sold
Stuff everything I've always got me bike ;)

Hi bikemad, and  :welcome:

Grear choice of bike (I would say that though!) See how big and deep the pitting is on that leg, might be able to just wet and dry the spot down, replace seals (might as well do both sides while its propped up!), and maintain it afterwards with a quick wipe down after every trip? :thumb:

Btw - if you want, you can enter a few details about approx where you are , and HERE
