Seems to me you went through an amber light and then when the car indicated and moved over, which you appeared to be prepared for, you chose confrontation over safety
Now on a Super Tenere having put 64k miles on a 2011 DL650

There was no indication, no shoulder check and no mirror check. the light you see is the brake light of the car.
she was in the wrong lane to be turning right and choose to unsafely move across lanes with out any care or thought.

Typical SMIDSY, happens from time to time, forget it and move on, not worth fretting about, it's far to easy to angry over stuff like this and it's not worth it.

Driver looks to be in a courtesy car for Nationwide Repair centres, may be an indication they have form.

Courtesy cars...  loaner car as they smashed up the one they bought.

This sort of thing happens on a near daily basis round here. It's no big deal, you just have to have your eyes open and develope radar for idiot drivers.

The trick is to not let yourself get into a position where someone forcing their way in can harm you. Either leave plenty of space or catch the bus. Simples.
