Help - How do I post a Video Clip?

I've got a video clip I'd like to post, but don't know how to. Tried copy and paste the Youtube embeding code but when I hit post it comes up with 404 error message.
Any suggstions?

You need to upload your video to Youtube then post the link here (remove the s from https:)
