Juve, I've got my tools, odds and ends, cable etc in small-medium sized plastic crates, so I can hoy them up there quite easily, or on my shoulder up the ladders. I've got some shelving as well to go up there (wooden, Ikea, ex-kids play-room - painted bonny colours ! - but they'll dee).
The heaviest thing to get up there this week is the new workbench, but its in sections, assemble (and strengthen) in situ.

I've got to remember there are limits to what weight I can put on the floor up there...I made the bloke who built it 'over-engineer' it, and its supported by strong wooden uprights underneath, as well as 'coach-bolts' into the walls, but still, there are limits! I don't want to find those limits by finding myself sitting on my arse in the room below in a cloud of dust and debris!

I can (since I cleared out most of the junk) fit 4 bikes in there, but it won't leave much room to move around.
the deauville went in part ex for the mrs 125 marauder and money back.
was a nice bike but I couldn't justify kepping it and the others. I want to rebuild the Cx500 and use it for commuting the short distance to work, the strom for touring and a bike for the mrs. anymore and I be greedy.

the concreat was ready mix, poured in 1 go. its 6.5 x 5.5 meters and 3 high. the walls are 11mm osb board. wanted to go thicker but was just tooooooo pricey

I'm thinking of extending my 10x10, well, build off it in the same dimensions. Might use shiplap for the bits you can see and osb for the bits you can't.. Who doesn't like saving money?

Here is my new 'Man Cave' that I've just had built replacing the old concrete sectional garage that was falling to pieces and got battered in the freak hail storms last June.

Not quite finished sorting out and still got the wiring to finish but it's definitely taking shape

Need to order the hydraulic lift too
