Thank goodness no-one was hurt.
-
You can see how bad it was, Deb slips as she walks through the ford!
Yeah, no one hurt and the crash bars did their work and saved a lot of damage to the bike.

Light on his dash stayed off till a38 so fingers crossed. Was a good rd though
-
yes will watch out for that in future not much damage clutch lever broke hand guard crash bars marked only, other problem fi light kept coming on had to turn ignition off then went out, last time it came on was at Bolsover then did not come on again which is about 80 miles to home. any thoughts or any one else had problems? other than that a good day out on my birthday
-
It might be the sensor that after you droped it. So was that your birthday bumps in the video :dl_angryfire: lol but seriously glad you're OK.
-
Hello yes all OK sorted it with gorilla glue and a bit black paint will see if fi light comes back on then let dealers have look :thumb:

Just a update had to buy new lever and clutch switch thought problem solved wrong, small bolt holding switch to clutch post broke off :fix: so could not attach new switch so went back to dealers in Grimsby said I would have to buy all lot as a complete unit lever switch attached to post would not give refund :groan on first parts lever and switch £33 :groan: so had to pay another £45.
In end took to bike shop to fix as heated grips had to come off to slide clutch post on £25 labour.
Also handguard damage now fixed with some barkbusters £65. No warning light coming on now :thumb: £168 in total birthday money gone never mind had a nice day out :thumb:
