Mine arrived today- looks good. Just hope my electrical skills let me make a half decent job of getting this, lights and the grips fitted...

Just wondered — is there a clever way to attach a battery tender/optimiser type thing via this Fusebox?

Nope, the relay cuts the battery connection when the ignition is off, something like an optimiser will want to go directly to he battery

hiya, I'm servicing my 2012 strom and going to wire in my Sat Nav and spot lights at the same time next week. I was going to buy fuzeblock form Nippy Normans (as I did for my GTR), but I think that's overkill, so I'd like on of the fuse boxes pretty please. :-)

Ps.. I 'may' include a usb charging cable for charging in the top box, but as the Garmin cable comes with a USB cable I haven't used it once on the GTR ...... yet!!

Nice one, thanks for the pics. First one to my knowledge on the new 1000. I've got a pair of those lights coming.

Dumb question alert! On a glee, is it the same place for the rear light connector (for the ignition-on signal), I.e. Under the tank on the right? Can't seem to find it …

It's there, usually very easy to find. Post a PIC if you need help.
