I have some Rox 2" Pivoting Handlebar Risers for 7/8" handlebars. They fit a 7/8" mount and also take a 7/8" handlebar.

I bought them for the Wee, at the time I had some Goodridge brake hoses which were shorter than standard (that's a whole other story best left untold...) and couldn't use the risers. So all they've ever done was to get fit and then removed when I realised the Goodridge hoses were too short. They have since been lying around in my garages. I recently bought some Renthal handlebars and won't need the risers.
