The bigger problem is that the photos come from the Suzuki press office, and they're copyright-free for editorial purposes only.  Using them as banners on the site shouldn't upset anyone, as the site promotes one of their products and it's free to access.  But using them on a product for which a fee is charged is a definite no-no unfortunately.

Unless Andy felt like approaching Suzuki GB to request permission, but experience tells me it would almost certainly be denied.

Why don't you change the colour weekly / monthly / daily?  

Worry about Suzuki when or even if they say anything. I'm sure they wouldn't mind Andy advertising their own product.
