Hi all, new member to this forum! Had a wee look about and it seems a great place to be!

Done things a bit backwards! Recently bought a 56 plate 650 V-Strom even though I only have a CBT!!! Booked in to do MOD 1&2 in February so if/when I pass I'll be able to get straight out on it!

Will be using it for commuting but looking forward to some decent ride outs too!

Pal of mine recently bought his Tiger 1050 before even CBT so pushed himself all the way through to a full licence. He still has the smirk all over his face and is now like a dog with several .......you know what I mean :)

It has heated grips, knuckle guards and a huge lunchbox attached to the back of it! What other extras should I look for? I've no idea so far!
