DL1000 Workshop manual

When I had a a DL1000 I downloaded the official workshop manual from the Vstrom.info site and printed the whole lot out.  The manual was actually for the KLV1000 but to all intents and purposes it's the same.  As I no longer have a DL1000 this is just taking up shelf space.  If anyone wants it they can have it for postage costs.  Parcel rate is £4.41 but to send it as two large letters is £3.18.

I'll happily take the manual off your hands Chris, if you still have it. My 2008 DL1000 now needs a bit more tlc than the occasional wipe with an oily rag.  But your post was a while back and I'm guessing it's now gatherng dust at the local charity shop?  Anyhow, let me know if you put it back on your shelf and I'll send you the postage cost.  Cheers.

Sorry to say it's long been recycled. However thanks to Mr Fat Rat's technological advances you should be able to get it from the downloads section of this site.  I think that's what I'd do theses days and just print out the section I needed.

The plastic binding indicates that manual pages were copied from the factory manual and stuck together. A genuine factory manual will be paperback book bound with glue, card stock cover and maybe thread. I used to get paid for writing software and respect copyrights. I wouldn't buy pirated manuals, software, music etc. as I consider that stealing.
