Having been stood in the Mancave workshop whilst Mark has received a call of concern then I can assure you that the level of customer service is way beyond what I would have offered had I been dealing with the call. I can imagine the caller walked away very happy.

I don't know what to do now, return it or use it... I have infamous clank when I shift from 1st to 2nd....

Hello fella, I can`t really comment on what other (competitors) may say but they can be forgiven for acting in their better interests in a way that might perhaps not be as professional as we may like. Regarding other products that do the same thing I am sure, and would hope, that they are all made equally as good and I strongly recommend anyone else`s product for any of us (or you) to try! I`m always keen to praise what other people (Companies) may make  :thumb:

Regarding my product I would ask you not to put any credence to what I may say (I`m a drunk, got dark hobbies involving donkeys  :thumb: and I could be saying b*ollocks) but I would draw your attention to what the lads say, they ain`t paid by me and give a very valuable and honest view of what I do and my stuff. Yes, there`s a review on the product on my site from a DL1000 user but once again its not forced to be true (but it is) so I would suggest that you kindly consider what the lads are saying and be guided by them.

If you decide to give it a go and it don't work then be assured there`s a full refund there waiting for you on its safe return. If you wish to travel to see me, I`ll fit it (with my compliments) and if it fails to work then I`ll take it off, refund you and give you a box of beer for your troubles. Remember, I`m a biker first and foremost!

I`m sorry that you have `the clunk` in the first place but hopefully with either mine or somebody else`s product you can get it sorted eh?

Ride safe, I like donkeys  :)

Well other then the fear that fitting it will instantly transport you through a worm hole into another and less benign universe where this mans guarantee doesn't stand up....what the hell have you got to lose? Use up the half an hour of your life you were going to use doing nowt and get the bugger fitted.  :eusa-doh:

Pichulec, if it was me I'd have fitted it by now. The Internet can not tell you how your bike will feel or sound. Bolt the bugger on, and make your own mind up. You've nothing whatsoever to lose.

Fit it and then let us know if it works. My 14 Veek will clunk 1st to 2nd quite badly and some of the other gears to if I rush it.

I am pretty sure the alleged misalignment is only present on the Vee.

From my first observations it is much better, clunk is practically gone, but few times happened to me to to shift from 1st to neutral instead 2nd... Weird

When did you last change the oil?
On my 650 (glee) when I get to 3000 + miles that's the sort of 'problem' I can get. It's not bad but 1st, 2nd & neutral start to get awkward at standstill.

So you're not sending it back then  :smirk: It's always good advice to take no notice of Americans, they rarely have anything interesting to say. When they do speak, it is generally loud, contains irritating wooping noises and is mainly unintelligible.

The loud, annoying, unintelligible whooping noises emanate from one "American" ..... I'm not sure it's fair to tar them all with the same brush! Interesting that Trump seems to have failed to carry his defence(sic) department with him over Syria ????
