Check the chain for any stiff links?

If you feel a vibration in your left foot peg also, this could be a chain issue, Possibly a tight spot or running dry.

Since I started using Michelin PR4, the same noise started on my 2014 DL1000. Now I own 2017 new model DL1000 and since I put Michelin PR4, guess what, the same noise showed up.
On yours, can the problem be the tyres?

If you've got the genuine Suzuki plastic belly pan fitted it can be the source of lots of strange noises and vibrations depending on your speed. Take it off and see if the noise goes.

Yes Pr4 tyres certainly have a distinctive road noise compared to the previous 2 types, took me a while to figure it out!
