No offence meant Holmsey  :)

Since when did traffic light cameras become speed cameras and be classed as manned :icon_exclaim:. Lesson learned, don't speed up to make a green light  :groan:

Traffic light speed cameras..
Not aware of those near me, though I believe the ‘normal’ traffic light cameras are rife in Liverpool, take care if you’re heading to the Isle of Man ferry.
But, I must say, we could do with those in Lincs, I’m thoroughly fed up of people wazzing through red lights way after my light has turned green.
don't know if that is purely a local issue, but running red lights is truly endemic round my way.
I’m amazed there aren’t more collisions.

Completely agree the more red light cameras the better but to use them as a speed camera on green is just down right sneaky.

The red light camera at the bottom of Grapes Hill Norwich has been a speed camera as well for the past several years. Used to have a stand-alone speed device halfway down the hill but were combined some time ago.
I think the clue is the scale graduations painted on the road as I presume a red light camera only needs the stop line.
