Pair of Conti TCK80's for Glee, Off road/geen laning
« on: September 18, 2017, 15:01:11 »
Hi all, anyone interested in some off road/green lanes tyres?

I've got a pair for Glee (2012) but will fit wee too obviously. Continental TKC80 110/80 19" Front - 150/70 17 rear, good condition.
to be honest they were given to me by a mate in the spring, who wanted some company green-laning. I went out twice and loved it (still dropped the bike in some really claggy mud though). However I'm now awaiting a shoulder op - so no more off road for a while, so I've swapped back to my road tyres. I was thinking £120?. Although my mate gave them to me (not sure how long he had them....) I had to pay £50 to get them swapped and today another £50 to swap back again! I do need to give him a drink too.

I'm in St. Albans Herts, but could meet somewhere if it helps?

Just for anyone interested in the tyres, what is the date stamp on the side of the tyres? Should be a 4 digit number for example 0715 which lets us know how old they are.

Also what is the tread depth?
