I've only ever had to make a claim once for a non-fault accident via MCE (2006) which was relatively painless. I've also been with Swinton, Hastings & Bikesure (current). Swinton & Hastings were fine albeit so far I've had no interaction beyond buying a policy/changing a bike mid-policy. Bikesure have been the cheapest by quite a bit the last two years, although it did take four attempts to get my renewal policy correct (which included the 3rd issue of documents having the wrong registration number). I'm hoping that was a blip rather than normal service...

Hello everybody!

I finally got Hastings. I have no "no claim bonus" as I can't transfer it from Spain. However they took in partially in consideration my car insurance NCB.  :thumb:

I spoke with BeMoto too, and the bloke at the phone kindly advise me to get Hastings as they cannot go anywhere near that price, and suggested me to try again next year.

Let's hope next year I can have a better deal!

Thank you all for your advice! :obscene-drinkingchug:
