I like those, looking forward to a review.
Though having done bugger-all miles on my Glee, I certainly don’t warrant a change.

was just wondering,,  how many traitors are there,,  although traitors seems a wrong name because we have stayed loyal to the site if not the bike.. Can you say FR ???? out of lets say "regular posters" what percentage are no longer on Stroms.. I'm not trying to cause mischief !!  I just think Adventure bike riders should have taken off.. or maybe put this site under that web address !!!!

I can only look at the posts in that section, there is no other scientific way.

I am likely to close adventurebikers.net this year because of lack of interest.

Thanks for the tip, 2112! I've ordered a set of the extenders. The screen fitted is the stock item but is fitted with what I presume to be a madstad bracket. It also has the optional deflectors fitted but from what I  have read they seem to be a bit of a marmite item. I'll give them a go and see how I get along with them. I'll see if MRA have a tall screen listed. The SW Motech pegs will be given due consideration too but I  found the bike quite roomy to start with. I'll know more after a few decent rides on it. :thumb:

I'm a member of Adventurebikers.net but to be honest, I pop in rarely as I have no need.

This place more than satisfies my forum needs. I do browse the Africa Twin forums but.... this place is home :)

This fact is proven by the help and positive comments tallpaul is getting here even though like me, he sold on on his Vstrom.

I like the blue ones best too, but this one is matte grey.

Nice bike  :thumb: before I sold my vee I was looking at the xt1200 tenere because they have a good reputation and can swallow up miles with ease but they were a little out of my price range .

That's a lovely bike Paul, I nearly had one, but was concerned with the weight and height combination, and I love v twins, but I'm still very keen on these, and if I was looking at anything but road work, would be testing one.

I found the engine a bit bland, especially in touring mode. I did consider getting the ECU remapped.

The only other niggle was it gave me shoulder/neck pain, I fitted Barbacks and they fixed that.

I've heard others call it bland too. This felt great to me but I've been riding a 650 for the most part and it was certainly better than my brother's vee. As I commented before though, this thing has an arrow exhaust system which others on the s10 forum claim frees the breathing up plus I have no clue what electrickery the power commander is up to!  I haven't ridden the standard s10, so have nothing to compare it with.

Which bar backs did you use? I can only seem to find risers for this one...

Let me look them up, they were about £7000 from The Adventure Bike Shop (I flogged them to Josh).

It's true. :)
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Does the Cagiva Navigator Form use more data than the V-Strom forum and spend more time offline
