They wouldn't have done them at that mileage I'm sure.  Oil change is all it would need.
I'm near 15k now myself, main dealer here wants 520 quid!
I've a wee misfire at the minute in mine just below 3000 rpm, going to try a few things first before I spend that kind of money!

I've just had the 24m service at 10,600 miles by 5Ways in Hull. I postponed valve check until next time. They changed Oil, filter, plugs and coolant and charged 3.5 hours labour at £55 per hour. Total £365. I could have done it all myself in a couple of hours!
Expensive I think but if I'm trading in next year one could argue/expect/hope it is reflected in an extra couple of hundred quid trade in value.

Went to dealers today for the parts to finish off my 15000 mile service.  Four plugs, air filter, oil filter and sump washer was £115.00 plus 14 quid for coolant. I still have some castrol power 1 I got from tesco's at 20 quid for 3 litres. So all in £150.00 pounds. that's more like it, not the 500 plus the dealer quoted!

are you doing the valve clearances and balance the throttle  bodies yourself then that's why its a bit pricey on the 15000 mile service I got a local independent 100 quid for the valves and throttle bodies did the rest myself cost around the 215 mark including plugs air filter oil and oil filter etc

Std ngk plugs are a lot cheaper than £74.! Valves aren't too bad to check when radiator  is off.. change coolant while at it.. tried k and n filter, bike seemed to 'hunt '  a bit. Blew out old one which had done around 9k, runs fine again.

The Veek uses a special spark plug, standard ngk will not fit. My  plugs where £21 each from Suzuki dealer. All the parts in total ie plugs, air and oil filter, oil, coolant were 150 quid ( castrol semi syn oil used )
My valve clearances where all in spec but only just on two, rest perfect.
Throttle bodies where not balanced, I can see the vacuum points and adjustment screws but grey wolf says you need a special Suzuki tool to do it. Bike going OK so left it.
Its not a difficult bike to do just a bit time consuming as its like working on two engines.

Ps I done 1000 miles in the highlands last week and the bike ran great with no return of the low rev misfire. Pity about the rain every day but one!.
