power socket
« on: February 16, 2018, 17:26:40 »
today I thought I would inflate the vstrom 650 tyres with my airman using the much touted socket on the instument panel. no, the fuse popped before it started so what is the point of a socket rated at just 3 amps? just have to fit the one I took off the gs.

Yes they are only good for Sat Nav's or phones, most pumps need one rated at 10amps which is why I had to fit one in the very small under seat area  :fix:
