SW Motech centre stand 2014 DL1000

Anyone else got one of these and find it near impossible to use ?  The part you put your foot on is way too close to the rear pegs and more often than not my foot slips off

I've got one and it is close but I find it OK to use. I push down the arm to the floor and then make sure my boot is fully over the pad before applying pressure to raise the bike.

Maybe you need to use the other foot. Use whichever allows you to stand on the lever and lift the other foot off the ground. With all your weight on the lever, your left hand on the left grip and your right hand on the rear rack bar, straightening your legs should pop the bike right up.
