tyres
« on: April 09, 2018, 13:11:25 »
Hello
"Spring" is here in NL (still snow on the ground) and I'm
looking to get new tyres for the Vee Strom 1000. (08)
Last yr I ran street, but thinking 50/50 this yr.
There are lots of fair gravel roads (little rough) here I want to try.
But more them 50% of my riding is on pavement.
I am thinking Heidenau K60 , but open to suggestions.
Usually travel 8000- 10,000 km a summer/Fall short trips 600 km or less.
   Options?

Anakees will do light off road....green lane and gravelly stuff. (Don't expect mountain climbing though.) The bike's the problem more than the tyres.
So how's it going so far then?
