Acumen DG8

Hi blokes,

Not sure if anyone as fitted one of these but decided to fit one to my K7 Strom.

If anyone decides to do it, there is a wiring block inside the left hand front fairing, and all wires from the DG8 can be connected into this (well my bike hasn't burst into flames yet   )

I removed the fairing but you could probably reach the block from reaching down inside the fairing.

Works great for us folks with bad memories

Hi MattF. I did some pictures when I fitted mine. I got the one with the voltmeter built in.

It works OK. I realised after I installed it I didn't need to remove all the bodywork and could have done it from under the left side.

Had a look but still no idea what an Acumen DG8 is. Is it a bit like Frank Zappa's Telefunken U47?

I believe it's a gear indicator (stops you trying to select 7th I guess).
