Pissing down
« on: August 12, 2018, 01:32:37 »
I just got the grass cut in time this morning before the heavens opened. It hasn't stopped yet  :groan:

It should stop the Farmers moaning.

Went to M&P's open day in Swansea yesterday..... got pretty wet on the way down. Was pleasantly surprised to see the 2brothers stunt team performing in the rain. Stoppies and wheelies on wet tarmac/concrete, while it's pouring down, takes some guts! A few bargains.... bought 4l of 10/40 semi for £15, with free tin of chain lube.

We have similar farmers.  Ours don't  strike or derail bicycle racers.  :stirpot:

Well it was lashing down this morning but I got told to "piss off out" by the Mrs.
She worked an evening shift that was supposed to end at 10pm but got home 12.30am. Then a doctor rang an hour later thinking she was on the night shift. :icon_batterup:
I obeyed as she'd only say I was breathing too loud downstairs when she was trying to sleep.
Wasn't too bad when I left but within 20 mins there was lakes of water all over the roads which made things interesting and a complete white out on the A465 in Glynneath.

It's been raining here for weeks

The farmers are moaning about that.

Bit of a change to what it has been for sure.  Knew it would change when I picked up my new (to me) Vstrom.  I'm itching to get a good ride out on it!
